When we remove the cloaks of pain what do we discover beyond it? Is it not a space of love that is pervading all? Can we learn to be gentle with ourselves and others as we make mistakes? Gentleness dissolves pain more quickly than anything I know. Melting every scar and burn that one has ever felt. Holding onto pain….is that not holding onto a false identity of who we think we are? When we are gentle with ourselves and others does this not break the bondages that cling onto pain? I have witnessed the softness within myself towards another when something occurs that is not in alignment with myself. I have also witnessed the lack of compassion and irritability towards another when something occurs that is not in alignment with myself. I can say with absolute certainty gentleness most oftentimes wins. We must remember everyone is learning and expanding at different times. When something occurs that feels painful we must know that everyones learning curve is different and we must honor and respect that. Let us be gentle with ourselves and each other. To forgive and learn from all that occurs. As we are gentle with ourselves and others through pain this gentleness permeates veils of illusion that only expose our natural state of being. The joy, love, and wisdom that springs from our core. When difficulties arise in life through our actions or actions of others I find that a gentle approach can cut through pain quicker than anything else. All painful experiences are teachers. Keep saying thank you, be gentle, and see how grace moves you. Anything we experience is not a mistake. Everything is Grace.
Sending love, light, and strength to all the lovers out there~
Be kind and gentle to yourself and others in time of pain and conflict.
