Eight of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

…::.. Eight  of  Cups ..::…

.::. Moving  Forward .::. Drastic  Change .::. Onward  &  Upward .::.

..Shattered white cups at the foot of a dark mountain. An unknown horizon beyond..

Eight of Cups is about a great change that is known or felt. Either something must shift, or one has already decided to take the leap. Internally, there is already the presence of a gut wrenching knowing that one must move toward a new direction in one or various aspects of life.  As we travel the inner and outer realms of life we begin to take with us what is fulfilling and rich in our lives and we also pick up what hinders the organic and vibrant flow of life. As we continue to journey we learn, grow, observe, act, and move in ways which that at times in vigor our lives and also deplete our lives. This is how we learn to navigate more wisely, as we open our eyes to what resides in the deepest core of our being we honor what wishes to be valued, cherished, and nourished. As we become acutely attuned with this core depth of our being we begin to invite that which serves our highest good and detect much more efficiently that which does not. The Eight of Cups is a drastic change that makes space and movement toward that which is in higher alignment with our individual and collective path. Becoming raw, open, vulnerable, and honest, moving forward to that which nurtures, supports, and holds our sacred path with loving arms.

For something that needs to be changed it must be acknowledged sincerely. As this takes place, internal space becomes open and light for new movement to be made internally and externally. Eight of Cups can be painfully beautiful. As we see what no longer serves we make the choice of rising into new territory celebrating a new way of living. This is a time to reassess and evaluate what we hold dear and what we do not. What is it that we cling to which is weighing us down and what moves are we making to step forward? Eight of Cups looks dark, but as this darkness is acknowledged a breath of fresh air is inhaled and new perspectives arise. This leads to more magic, possibilities, and a great abandoning of poisons and toxins within our being. As we face these dark layers from denied territories within we expose the immense beauty that is birthing itself into existence. We are pregnant with new life, and a fresh way of being. Death and Birth are tied in as one. We see this as we dive deeply and uncover what was/is dormant…we awaken the sleeping beast.

One must ask, has what been seen been fully acknowledged? Or, is there still an aversion to this honesty? An automatic response will come within. Deep in our womb, we know. When we tune in, pay attention, the answers show themselves. Whether on the verge of raising a hand and acknowledging the hidden dragon, or, on the other side where one has already acknowledged what is….Now is the time to feel into this. Eight of Cups is drastic change. It’s coming, it is here, and the next trajectory is lighter and brighter once deep recognition takes place. It can be extremely scary to walk into unknown territory and extremely exciting. The next chapter of the unknown is a step in the right direction. It is the rainbow after the storm. One is being pulled into right alignment with their soul purpose. It is a time when profound realizations of ones unique direction and path are leading the way and what must be let go in order to create new space and new life. All stagnant, dormant, and all that is unchecked will arise now. Dive deeply, be honest, and watch the magic that arises from this rawness of spirit.

Five of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Five of Cups is striking. Immediately gives a feeling of sadness and despair. The color of the horse is white, which symbolizes a purity and innocence energy present. The head hangs low in the darkness, absorbed in energy that is pained, doubtful, and grim. Above the horses head is light space with five cups hovering above the creatures head. The cups are on a higher plane than the horse, above him, and he pays no attention to their presence. Instead the energy of the card is paying most of the attention with the darker aspects of his experience while completely missing there are always both energies of shadow and light present. If we are alive, we are never fully engrossed in only darkness, but with energy focusing solely in that direction it can seem that is…all encompassing. When looked at more closely, a tiny detail on the horse is seen is a slight smile, barely noticeable. An energy is felt that perhaps on some level, in a subtle way, this dark energy is enjoyed in some way and is what is adding fuel to this low vibration. While there are five cups floating above, perhaps the energy here is suggesting there is a choice of not wanting to see.

To see a free spirited and strong creature slumped over in darkness can suggest that something in the querents life is not aligning with their soul purpose, that which makes them feel alive. vibrant and in harmony with life. It is possible the querent will intuitively know what the card is pointing to as it is drawn. The initial feeling of what is seen is worth the investigation as it can be a trigger that is connected to something deeper and ignites a initial spark inside. If there is a time where perhaps we are not expressing the passions that are intertwined deeply with our heart we can begin to lose vibrancy. Our unique soul expressions are a necessary part of our health and happiness and many times are linked with the main source of our life force/prana.  If one is prioritizing only practical matters before that which makes their soul move, this sadness or despair can creep in and replace creative vision and expression. Five of Cups invites balance to what is practical in nature, but to never forget what excites and nourishes oneself deeply. Although this present time can have a shade of powerlessness on various levels, we always have the power of attention.  Where is one focusing attention? What is the quality of life that this attention focused is highlighting?

Five of Cups represents a loss or pain and on top of that shame and guilt that is felt. This is what keeps the energy in the darkness. The pain felt is not coming from the experience itself, but from the mental and emotional activity added on top of the turmoil already being experience. This stretches out the healing process for weeks, months, even years. Some beings may go through life with this extra layer of shame or guilt added on top of an experience that is long gone. Because this mental activity is held on to it makes the healing much more painful and drawn out. There is a victimization going on in this card.  Clinging to the past when there is so much to be immensely grateful for now. There are times when we have to shake these ghosts that seem to be sucking our sweet nectar. There is a time to feel it all, but there is also a time to check in and make sure one is not dwelling in the darkness for too long. It arises for us to learn and grow, but it isn’t meant for us to set up camp and remain in the shadows. Energy is always flowing, the waters always moving, and there is always the opportunity to navigate in a new way. Five of Cups can represent something like an investment in unhealthy emotions or ways of thinking, a death in the family, something that is weighing on you in the slightest or heaviest way that is draining your energy. Ask yourself, maybe through journaling or whenever you feel, has there been to deep of an investment to that which is no longer serving you? Have you been grieving, sitting in sadness, or wallowing for too long? It is time to get fresh energy flowing. Whatever has happened or whatever state you find yourself in, it can be learned from and used wisely as another tool through your travels.

All that pains us and pushes us is also a catalyst for creation. Some of the most beautiful artists in the world experienced tremendous pain in life and transmuted this energy to beauty for themselves and others. We are not only one label or shape that we can package nicely and say “This is me” Jesus….that would be fucking boring. If one can package themselves in any shade of the broad spectrum, this will be a sad day. We are all vast and uniquely orchestrated beings. When we identify heavy with one aspect of self we can tend to ignore or even have a distaste for the other. Sometimes this can block or cut off valuable aspects of or being. Five of Cups is an opportunity to embrace what may feel harsh in the beginning, but a reminder to not dwell there and know that all can be transmuted into creative energy. Many times when we feel we are in a slump or even stuck in any state of despair we think well shit…..THIS IS IT!!!! At that specific moment is when the most brilliant creation is waiting be birthed forth. As death comes of an aspect of being we are ready for the creative force to move us. This is part of the invitation here. Look at what is being tuned into and do not wallow. Feel, but do not stay in any lowly state too long. Allow your being to mature, learn and move on.

.::.

We are vast, creative forces with many options to explore. Allow the natural movement flow.

Three of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Three of Cups is a time for play, enjoyment, and absolute celebration. Three of Cups embodies dance, celebration, eating yummy food, and gathering with those we love. Three of Cups comes at a time where rest is needed before reengaging focus and direction towards a project, work, creation, school, travel, or a completely new direction. A solid foundation has formed and intuition and actions have united in positive direction. Energy is in alignment with being, merging the heavens and earth. The invitation is to melt into enjoyment and spontaneous fun. When we allow periods of rest and play this will feed the fresh energy needed to continue the work, moving solidly forward. If feelings of doubt aries that vision may be lost because of taking a break ~ see all the energy already invested and nourished thus far! The foundation is already there and the momentum is already moving in the correct direction. Think of taking a temporary rest or break from a goal as an energy investment for the long term future visions and goals. It will add more power to the work and empower ones energy.

Three of Cups invites us to look at what kind of people we are surrounded by. Are we inspired and led in a positive direction by those around us? Are we supported through highs and lows by the people we choose to befriend? Do they inspire healthy habits or negative ones? Do they support dreams and aspirations, or put them down? Three of Cups says investigate and look at the friends around us. Are we comfortable with friends simply because they have been in our life for years?  Are we scared to make new connections that may stretch comfort of what is known? Every detail of our life is constantly shapeshifting, molding, and forming our existence. When we have standards of the quality of people we choose to surround ourself with we are aligning with the highest within ourself. How do our friends reflect aspects of ourself that we want to change and how do they reflect aspects of ourself that empower strengths? Our friends are mirroring many layers of our own being. The attraction magnetizes people together for discovery, growth, and expansion. If a relationship is not pushing any boundaries, the inquiry here is to ask what is being overlooked that is causing this relationship to stay stagnant? Are there some relationships that can be let go of in order for new energies to move in? Or do conversations need to be opened for clear communication to move through? A solid and true friend will be willing to open the doors to expand on what is asking for clarity. Three of Cups asks us to align with those who are healthy for us, who push us in a positive direction, who support dreams and aspirations, who offer support through light and dark phases of life, and who honors what one deeply values in life because it is the same within them. Three of Cups invites us to let go of those who no longer align and allow new forces to come in that raise us in a higher ways.

.::.

There is a giving and receiving of energy that is fulfilling and authentic with Three of Cups. Aspects of being are flowing in unexpected ways. Through communication and everyday movements there is a maturing unfolding within and opening in new ways that allow many aspects of who one is to be more expressive than ever before. This is assisting in relating with many different people from all walks of life. Opportunities will be presenting themselves at this time, doors will be opening and interactions will be on the rise. One is either making their own way right now, or, there will be people reaching out in your line of work to collaborate with you. Intuition is wide awake now and can be trusted to continue your work alone or with others at this time. You are confident to know if it is right for you or not. Three of Cups says enjoy this period of expansion and play, allowing it to move you in fresh, spontaneous, and magical ways.

Nine of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Nine cups are drawn in the shape of a lucky horse shoe with a crescent moon at the top of the card. The moon is depicts the listening to subtle guidance within that has moved one in a way that feels gratitude and contentment for what is. The hues of blue and purple in the background are soothing colors that reflects a being of equanimity and deep rest within. This is a time where one is enjoying the pleasures of life, but not taking life for granted and appreciating deeply what is present. Nine of Cups can feel a bit day dreamy as the cups float against the smooth horizon. The invitation is to allow the daydreaming to be, as this is your inspiration and creativity. However, allow daydreaming and action to merge towards those visions. This will allow dreams to fully take form. There is deep joy in all areas of ones experience now and whatever way you move will be from a place of love, not fear or doubt. This will create tremendous beauty in your wake.

Cups represent the emotional state of being, relationships, self expression, creativity, and moving from the heart. At this time one is overflowing in all areas of life and love is pouring through to all relationships and creations. As you feel the abundance in all aspects of life, worry and fear has left your experience. It simply isn’t there, life is moving you in a way that is most natural to your being. The power of presence is felt instead of the mind ruling your action. Nine of Cups is a natural balance with all of nature where one is not feeling as an outsider in life, but connected to the whole of creation. The magic of what is felt has already flooded through the bloodstream and there is no going back to old ways of being. Like a snake, many skins have been shed and the way in which you feel life is without tension. This moves you to create, play, work, and communicate in ways that are open and fresh. Manipulation, grasping, and wanting life to be different is gone and one is seeing the immensity of beauty that is always here.

Nine of Cups is a card of gratitude. The more gratitude that is felt the less we feel we need to have more. We really begin to experience the fullness of our life emanating from the inside instead of trying to collect things, people, or experience to fulfill inner discontent. Nine of Cups is full of overflowing abundance, this does not necessarily mean one is wealthy in terms of monetary gains. One is fulfilled of the riches of simply being alive. This vibration alone turns everything in gold. All that you place your energy towards come from this clear channel. You are creating beauty, experiencing love, joy, relationships are flourishing, and others you come into contact with are inspired and fulfilling meetings. Any goal you have now will do well if you remain investing your energy in the direction you wish. The Nine of Cups is a time of enjoying beauty in mother earth and your self, delighting in your senses, art, love making, and all that connects you to life. This automatically inspires every movement, all creation, work, and all things birthed from you now.

.::.

Something to think about in relishing in life is that the ebb and flow is always changing. Now may be all about the pleasures of life and enjoying, but the invitation here is to keep one foot on the ground as you enjoy and to not over indulge in what may “feel good.” The invitation is to be in deep gratitude for what is. When this vibration is present overindulgence will not be an issue and one can fully enjoy the present. Nine of Cups is the wish card of the deck. Not that something will fall out of thin air into your lap, but where your energy is invested will come into full physical being at this time.

Six of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

We are ancient souls. As the trees have deep root systems in the earth and branches which touch the heavens, we are the same in this way. The height and depth of our being expand toward the sky and extend into the earth below. As we move through this life we are discovering unexplainable beauty we are blessed to experience. The trees roots represent ancient wisdom through our experiences, through our ancestors, and through collective consciousness. All that we have lived and witnessed is in our bloodstream creating our unique pattern. Our eyes can continue to open to subtler and subtler realms, or we can go to sleep and close our eyes when challenges arise. The power is always with us to open to life instead of close. The invitation is to open your sensitivity, be vigilant, and to not fall asleep after harsh experiences. We are invited by life to allow all that needs to arise within our experience and grow deeper roots as we travel all realms.  All that we have lived does not need to make us shrivel away and die while we are alive. We are meant to be shaken up to the immense beauty and magic that is present. The divine perfection that is ever permeating this fabric of existence.

Each being we meet has a root system with a different story, unique life movements, joyful times, extreme hardship, and everything in between. We cannot always know or see the root system of each individual. We can meet them with an empty mind, with no concepts or ideas about who we think they are. When we meet other beings with no mind, all judgement vanishes. This leaves room for immense healing and discovery to take place within each being. Our root systems may all have different stories, but when we meet as love we have space for all stories to be held in the vastness of our being. If one can meet another in this way, it is recognized within the capacity to hold space for yourself as you are. There is tremendous power in this acceptance for all as it is. It is where the magic of life is felt.

.::.

Our roots deeply grow into the earth. There is a connectedness to all of life that is felt within the ones being now more potently then ever before. All experiences from past have merged with your present and future to allow your being to flow with great ease. Where once your root system was shallow and weak, one is now absorbed in the ancient wisdom of spirits grace. As deep reflection of life moves the unfolding of your story, you are able to travel to new heights as lessons are learned from old stories. These lessons have a way of being learned overtime when we are ready and available to see. The ancient wisdom of our being has the capacity to be deeply rooted in the earth and high in the sky simultaneously. We are able to be here on the planet and simultaneously travel all realms of spirit. We do this when we are aware of it or not. A simple way of seeing our travel is through dreamtime. We discover in dream as we do in our waking state. As our roots run deep we open ourselves to learning from all and not limiting ourselves to one way of thinking or being. Life will continue to remove blind folders as we move from our ancient and sacred wisdom. This space defies all boundaries and definitions.

Ace of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

“This cup, the temple that is so full, has value only if it pours itself into the world. At the base of love is the desire to give away everything that it has collected.” – Alejandro Jodorowsky ‘The Way of Tarot’

.:.

Grace of love radiates the Ace of Cups. Nourishment on all levels of being are expressed fully in the present moment. One radiates contentment and ease that glows through ones field in decadent, juicy, creative abundance. Filled with the spirit of love and not an ounce of conflict with what is. All is abundant, fresh, and outpouring with inspiration. This gives tremendous space within to play, feeling light and free – but also to enrich the lives of others with the gifts one has received. Originating from a space that is clear, open, and imbued with rose infused love the Ace of Cups overflows in labradorite geometries weaving webs of abundance shared through understanding. Full allowance of the divine play is fully present, unfolding the glorious gifts given to those who are ready to receive the next golden step to reach sustainable growth flowering from pure hearted awareness.

Ace of Cups sweet nectar pours itself into you from heavenly realms and gives birth to what is seen & experienced. A child’s playful essence interwoven with mature depth and unending appreciation through experience of being.  Recognize the inherent freedom and the freedom of others and all of life that is present. There is no manipulated  malevolent energy, all has transmuted into the burning wings of a newborn phoenix. There remains a deep awe of all experiences and unfolding that have allowed one to never cease tire in growth and expansion. Deep freedom extends to all of life like a fountain of deep purple hued elixir pouring into the mouth of the earths most sacred and hidden caverns. This pure and untainted love moves like a liquid storm of pink lilacs and turquoise roses. Deep relaxation that gives might and security to creative freedom. Abundant flow is rediscovered in absolute alignment of spirit. This blooms from life stripping what is not true hearted. Ones entire energetic field dances in the same frequency as source energy is unveiled without draining this infinite undressing we unweave by invisible threads of light.

Immense creativity pouring through like lightning bolts through a desert storm. Allowance of power facilitates growth. Conduit of clarity. What pours from this cup is a gift for oneself and equally those who enter your energetic path. The essence of what wishes to come through was patiently dormant until present, enough space has been felt to fully allow the red velvet curtain to rise. A blooming voice, intuitive body, and strategic action is embodied fully to move visions fully to flower anew.

.::.

Love is the essence. Untainted, pure, and unconditional. Experience within, naturally an attracting of this love within relationships. A meeting of a pure reflection of what is held within the multidimensional heart. Allow this love to expand into the depths of your being. This pure love sheds any final fragmentations of layers and bring out the shining diamonds waiting to be discovered.  This creates a bond and space for deeper love and great earth and ethereal expansion to develop and refine. Love is the guide.  Embrace the total beaming beauty of you in realms of subtlety and full light spectrum. The love that is experienced to such an incomprehensible degree present will saturate each cell with excitement of what is and what is to come. Every day will brim with new found possibility and action of inspiration.

Four of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Absorbed in darkness, a rat rests atop four cups. Above him, a white light representing Pure Awareness & a crescent moon symbolizing intuition. Cups represent our emotional spectrum of being. Feelings, creativity, imagination, connections, love, and relationships with self and all of life. The rat is sitting on top of four cups being offered, but he is in the darkness. Four of Cups is asking if one is seeing what is here right now, or is one imagining themselves into the darkness? What are you not seeing that you already have? Are you being offered everything you need/want but cannot clearly see? This is a time that emotions are arising fiercely and a time to fully be present with them as they arise. When we take time to allow ourselves to feel what is, we will be able to truly see our present moment experience and all the beauty which is already present. In order for us to see our present moment reality we cannot ignore emotions that arise, we invite them in lovingly for they are wanting to be acknowledged. The invitation is to allow them to be felt fully and the being will naturally come into balance.

Sometimes we can miss the greatest gift that is with us all the time. We can wish or pine for things that are actually already here with us. When our mind and heart are divided we constantly see lack and that we do not have enough. When we are full of our own sweet nectar we see we aren’t missing anything and we are always divinely guided. We truly are seeing “outside” what we are “inside.” We don’t always want to say this is true because then we must take full responsibility for ourselves in a deep way. We can no longer blame outside sources for our suffering. In a way this is a great relief! Imagine if you had to fix everything outside of you?! What a freakin’ mess! Thankfully we have the opportunity to go inside ourselves and see where we hold resistance, be present with it and allow it to melt on its own accord. In one way we are responsible for the vibration we hold, but at the same time we see that all has been Grace sweeping through our house to show us the truth of our being, beyond limitations.

Four of Cups will come when there is dissatisfaction inside the being. One may feel as though there is something missing, or are not divinely guided. This feeling comes from an internal separation and cannot be satisfied by anything changed or shifted in the world. the change must come from our inner understanding. This can be a time where one has the urge to make drastic changes on the outside in order to feel differently. Four of Cups invites us to stay still. Before making any outside shifts in the outer world, take time to contemplate/reflect/meditate. Rest in your being and then see what changes occur naturally as you stay as awareness. The shifts that come from this space are always in alignment with your being. If one tries to change outside situation first, the internal peace will be temporary. Sooner or later the truth of dissatisfaction will present itself once again. We cannot avoid pain and conflict, we must face our darkness in order for any shifts to occur. We were built to have the capacity to hold space for this darkness. Four of Cups is an invitation to melt into your being and allow all actions to spring on their own natural accord.

.::.

The cups are here, abundance dripping all around. Somehow not being seen fully. There hasn’t been a full yes or full no to accept what life is presenting to you. There is a beauty being given to you because it matches your true vibration. Something within you is retreating out of fear. The invitation is that you are exactly where you need to be and you are being offered something rare and exquisite. You are on the right path, but you are blind because you are believing in doubts and fears instead of the truth of being. The cups are inviting you to drink from them and to trust life. Be fearless and say yes to what is here now. As we open fully to now, magic unleashes itself upon us. It has been here the whole time. As one resists, power is given to fears more than what is true. As you see through the nonsense you will see you are exactly where you need to be and your blackened cups will turn to liquid gold. When we see what is already present we stop taking life for granted and see the beauty in all that is.

Son of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

The Son of Cups is more mature than the Daughter of Cups with a depth of darkness and light that add to his character. The Daughter of Cups was in peaceful, illuminated water, while the Son of Cups has a movement drawing in an upward direction. This is showing a new chapter in life in a different direction that is stemming from what has been learned through his current experience. It is a new direction that comes from what he has bared witness to and experienced of light and dark. This new movement comes from wisdom that has unraveled over the course of his experience. The Son of Cups does not have the maturity as the Father, but has much more experience than the Daughter does in her sweet innocence. Different phases of life stretch our capacity in numerous ways and now is that of a growing phase for the Son. There is tremendous growth and depth, but not at the peak of maturity. The Son of Cups is at an exciting time shedding immense amounts of what no longer serves and highly sensitive to what does. So much so, that circumstances are rapidly changing to match the depth of what he is internally discovering.

Cups are linked with love and relationships, connections, and emotional well being. The cup in front of the swan is a combination of dark and light emotions at play. There is tremendous amount of heavy and light emotional energy bursting in this cup, but the Son at this time has the maturity to keep moving forward with grace. The Son of Cups is using this bubbling energy for creative thinking and momentum forward. Although there is some darkness in the cup this should not scare the one who pulls the card. We all have a depth of dark and light within and they can be harnessed and used in many creative and positive ways. How we perceive the darkness and light will determine if they will be used constructively or not. There is a good and healthy balance here that joins heart and mind energy. The Son of Cups is finding a better balance of intuition and logic combination. However, if he was pulled upside down it can mean the emotions are not being cared for properly and there can be movements that are hasty and overly emotional.

The Son of Cups emotions are very much concentrated within him. They are not expanding over the entire card. This energy is very much in the center of focus right now as he is moving from the inside out. He is introspective and allowing himself to feel the depth of the wide spectrum of his emotions. He is looking at triggers and paying attention to what feels healthy for him and what feels toxic. He is discovering illusions that have been deeply rooted and watching them fall away. There are many changes happening on very subtle levels. Ones he cannot entirely describe, but feeling completely and allowing grace to care for the changes. The invitation is to allow the exploration of the inner workings, but to not become self absorbed and narrow. Allow yourself to explore naturally, but do not obsess. This card can be equally as positive as it is negative. A good way to observe and see is how the inner/outer life is balancing. Is one paying attention to only inner and not practical life? This is something to be watchful of with this card. An invitation to learn from those who are the completely different from you is helpful, as they can have strengths you do not have. The invitation is to not neglect any aspect of self. As we connect more deeply with our naturalness all of these things begin to make sense and fall into their own balance, and that looks entirely different for everyone.

.::.

This is a time to investigate your how you genuinely feel. How are you taking care of yourself? Sometimes we take immense care in one way and completely fall off the wagon in another. The Son of Cups calls for balance in all aspects of life. Inviting sensitivity and compassion toward yourself and others now will make a world of difference. Whatever is being discovered, as dark or light as it may be can be seen in positive regard when we become honest and transparent with ourselves and take right action. With right action we will be guided in a direction that is in alignment with the highest good for ourselves and all of life. With right action use intuition, but don’t ignore logic and reason when they are useful. The capacity for all is there, use the balance of both as you move forward into unknown spaces.

Two of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Drawn are two white cups contrasting a black background with two red roses equally touching one another. The Two of Cups is not as strong of a card as The Lovers, however, it has infinite potential to go in that direction if both parties are willing to embark upon the depth of this journey. This card can indicate any kind of relationship, not only a union between to souls. It can indicate a partnership with ones work, the relationship with self and all of life, goals, creativity, friendships, and any aspect in life that one is presently united with. The cups are white indicating purity and innocence and the dark background indicates that many subconscious layers have been faced in order to reveal the purity and innocence of the white cups. Roses vibrate at the highest energetic frequency of any flower on earth. Roses remind us that within the fullest energetic capacity of our own being we can share this within a love relationship as we continue to be true to ourselves. If it is a project, goal, creative endeavor, work, or other union it is the possible to develop a genuine growth and bond in all areas. If one is moving in accordance with their unique path one will be in a strong union in all relationships that are present. At least, the potential is there. When we move from fear, selfishness, or greed in any way, our relationships will reflect this state. We are able to choose to move through these states if we have the willingness/honesty/transparency to do so.

Relationship with Self

Will always be the number one relationship.  As we continue our journey we have the beautiful gift of discovering ourselves and living in accordance with Spirit. Whether you call this Higher Self, God, Authenticity, or Being Yourself….its simply a different use of language to express our divine/human essence. As our relationship deepens with ourself we will see a depth of relationship around us that is showing us our own capacity of connection within ourselves. As we become more in line with our unique spirit our relationships will be in accordance with our vibration. People will come in and out of our lives as we are individually changing and growing. Long term deep relationships will continue to enrich our journey. Relationships will come together and fall away in natural ways as we are all on very unique paths learning specific lessons for our souls purpose/expression. The more we nourish ourselves from the inside we will be an emitter of energy instead of one who is only taking or trying to draw in energy from others/environment. As we feel full internally this will extend outward in our work, creativity, love relationships, and friendships. We are all doing the best we can. Two of Cups invites us to cultivate compassion and gentleness with each other when differences arise. When differences occur many times the answer is more love where there is frustration and confusion. As the compassion and love deepens for ourself it will naturally extend to others and all of life.

Love Relationship

Represented by the Two of Cups is an inspiring relationship that is equally fulfilling. Each partner is coming together with the intent to walk their individual paths allowing spirit to guide them while loving and supporting each other as they go. The lovers see that if they are each fulfilling their purpose/expression than their bond can move through the obstacles that come. Where the Lovers Card is more likely to be a longterm partnership the Two of Cups has less strength, but the possibility of strength The Lovers card has is still possible. The Two of Cups indicates that both individuals have the power to walk through the fire, but it may or may not happen within this partnership. All the inner spirit work that has been experienced by these two souls has been testing for both and much of their hurdles have been successfully overcome. However, they are still maturing in their being and may only be in each others lives for a very specific time. Either way there is tremendous deep inner work that has united these two for each one to expand tremendously. Each relationship is never wasted. Consciousness does not waste anything through experience. Learning is always occurring. Whether the relationships continues or shifts forms, it has changed each one to discover a deeper depth self.

Creative/Work Relationship

What is our Relationship with work and creation? The more we know ourselves we will stop leaking energy to that which doesn’t serve our spirit. We will stop working at jobs that drain our energy and we will start working and creating with what is purposeful and meaningful to our individual paths. The Two of Cups is a reminder if we are working/creating in a way that is not in alignment that we can create space everyday to work in the direction we would like to see expand. When we create space for what is in alignment for our unique path we naturally are inviting in a new direction. Perhaps you cannot leave your job today you don’t fully love, but maybe if you put an hour aside a day to what you love this energy will keep expanding until transitioning fully to work and create in accordance to your hearts truth. We are all unique and what is good or exciting for one is not good and exciting for another. Two of Cups asks us if we are nurturing our work/creativity in a genuine direction? Or do we still think it is impossible to do what we love? Two of Cups says there is always a way to nurture our work/creativity each day, even if it is for 5 minutes. As we do this, we will see how this expands over time. We will see and feel the fruits that come from our energy investment.

Seven of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Seven cups, but only one is right side up. The one right side up is balancing on the tip of a cone with many sides indicating different perspectives at play.  It feels as though there are a world of possibilities and in that realm there are many illusions and one possibility that is aligned with truth. In the background of the card are horizontal lines that depict grounded and stable energy associated with choosing the cup that is most in alignment. The alternate perspectives that are depicted on the cone are hinting to be weary as some decisions are imagined illusions, hence the six cups hanging upside down where only one should be chosen. There is a delicate balance when choosing, as some things which are perceivably good choices are not necessarily the most healthy ones. Now is the time to make a move in the direction that you already know is true for you. You have been delaying the obvious choice, the obvious direction. Perfect opportunity to choose what is already engrained in your DNA to choose.

There can be a period in ones life where there are many ideas/visions floating around that there seems to be a struggle of choosing what the hell to do! What is the move? What do I do with all these ideas? How do I start? It can be overwhelming to have such an overactive imagination. Be happy that you do…with mighty visions and creativity now is the time they can be born into reality. First, a choice must be made and action can occur. The power is with you and all is conspiring to help you succeed, but action must be made. What is it you hold dearest in your heart that you are not expressing in life? What are you daydreaming about that has not yet come to be? It may even be a secret you hide from yourself and the world. Or perhaps you have been moving in the direction of your vision, but now it will be blooming quickly into being. You are birthing from a dreamlike, childlike essence that has been marinating. This period has been essential and this magic will not be lost, but now forces are here to bring this essence into physical reality. This is an exciting time as you have either made a choice or are about to choose a direction that is an abundant source for your creativity, love, work, and ideas to come to life. This will be an ongoing streamline of joy, wealth, and abundance within your life that will change forms as you shift and morph throughout life. This work is not separate from your heart. Each step will be accomplished with joy. So if you haven’t chosen yet….today is the day. Time to make drastic changes. With this energy in a very short time you can accomplish what you envision. Its not a race, but when the energy is high…ride that wave.

As you shift from dreaming to action you create a newfound movement in your life. You start seeing tangible results everyday and fall asleep with a full heart. We can often limit ourselves by not acting on our visions and dreams. Are some visions and dreams not feasible? Some may say so…but how the hell did we get a plane to fly? That probably seemed pretty impossible or even crazy at a time, but now we hop on a plane and go to sleep like its no big deal that we are sky rocketing through the air! How we perceive our visions and dreams is everything. Allowing room in day to day life for visions to come to be is crucial. If one is not allowing space everyday for a vision to come to life it is not going anywhere. It remains a dusty dream that floats away like a cloud. When you make a choice and you focus on it everyday that vortex becomes bigger and bigger until you get completely sucked in and completely stop doing what is not aligned with your vision. But the energy must be put towards the vision as much as possible for it to bloom. If not, how can we see the fruits of our labor of love? When we use excuses like there is no time, then of course you will create days where there is no time to do what you feel to do. It’s like exercising, you can either make time for it or not, it’s simply a choice. So remember…make time for what is important. The “time” is already here. But are you pretending you have absolutely no time to do what sets your heart ablaze?

Seven of Cups can be a reminder not to elude yourself. There are many cups to drink from in this life. Simply put, which one makes you happy and which one is healthy for you? If these two words health and happiness are not associated with the cup you choose then its an automatic toss out. Really take time to feel what wishes to birth itself, what nourishes your soul? Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks should be birthed from you, how the hell would anyone know?! You are the magician in your life. It is only you that can allow your visions and dreams to come forth. It is your magic that is a unique contribution to the world.  This time is exciting to see real and tangible results of what has been hidden within.

Say thank you and know nothing. When we see we are The Wild Unknown itself we can trust in not knowing tomorrow. This is where the miracle unfolds in its majesty. There is no security in planning a future and walking a straight line. Ten of Cups says trust this unfolding and see how your heart only echoes back to you what is inside.

Mother of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

Mother of Cups, a master of intuition. She knows all before anything is spoken and sees all before anyone understands. Her introspection is natural and unforced, she senses the most subtle energies. The white swan depicted on the card with her wing above a single goblet. There is a black background with white vertical lines and magical colored stars exploding. The swan from the bottom is immersed with the darkness of the unknown. The subconscious and herself are merged as one. What has once been hidden has been brought to light and this is where her magic emerges from, the union of dark and light. The goblet under her wing represents the element of water that coincides with emotions of herself and others. When she goes through hardships she knows how to nurture herself and go beyond struggles. This allows her to be an open space for others to come and rest in her warm embrace. Her emotional maturity assists to be a clear mirror for others allowing them to return to their own power.
.:.
The Mother of Cups is not a rational thinker. She taps into the world that can only be felt in energy. She believes what she feels more than what others say and is purely guided by intuition. She trusts herself and the way her heart is naturally moving her. Her sensitivity and openness can draw people into her life for certain periods of time, in short or long bursts. Her hearts expression is trusted because of her own trust in herself. Many find this nurturing to arrive in her embrace when feeling vulnerable. They leave strong and empowered once again because she points them to look within. This allows others to discover themselves because of their willingness to open and sincere looking. She is open for all who cross her path and can investigate quickly and almost immediately the sincerity of those who come her way. There are times when the Mother of Cups can give so freely that she can at times deplete herself, but this is only when she is not strong in her presence. She is so sensitive that she picks up on this immediately and draws back to nurture herself. This is one aspect she must pay attention to so she remains in her full power. As intuitive as she is, she also must remember to care for this sweet energy and psychic abilities.
.:.
The Mother of Cups is also a card of creativity. When we are tapped into the source we were born with we are naturally spontaneous and creative. This is a time to allow all creativity to flow through like water and watch creative endeavors bloom into full fruition. Those visions that come to you now are not merely fleeting ideas, but pure expressions that wish to arise. Have fun with your visions and give them full permission to come into physical reality. You are divine spirit in human form. Allow the feelings of creative vision come into your physical reality and have fun! Those ideas you have are unique to your specific energy and plays an inspiring role for yourself and others.
.:.
The Mother of Cups can also be drawn when something feels stuck within the being. She is a reminder of natural power, pointing you to the space where all is free to express. The feeling of being stuck can come around when one is trying to figure something out instead of relaxing and being in the fullness of here. In this moment is where all beauty emerges, it is here we can fully trust. When we see this, infinite relaxation is expressed inside. Where does any dis-ease stem from? From resisting being here and trying to get somewhere else. What happens when you feel where you are now? You are completely free to move in this life with what resonates in your heart most naturally. If there is any resistance inside it can indicate running away from yourself on some level. We can see in our own life how running away is impossible. When we allow ourselves to be present with ourself we can see the fear, let it be and it release quickly. The longer we avoid or run away the stronger it becomes. When we allow ourselves to fully be where we are, we surrender to life in the most natural way. Not running, not hiding. Any fear that arises can be felt fully without attaching any stories to it. We will see that the mind tries to attach a feeling of fear with a story, but when we stay with the fear and look at it and give it space to be, it melts away. The power of attention to look and be where we are melts all things away which drains energy. This leaves us with infinity to have fun expressing ourself any way we wish. The Mother of Cups is a reminder of the infinity of when you honor your being and are fully here. This awareness that you are will burn everything away and leave you in your natural movement.

Daughter of Cups, The Wild Unknown Tarot

The Daughter of Cups card depicts a baby swan, sitting on the water with a peaceful strength exuding her presence. The water has horizontal lines expanding into infinity. The card is mostly black and white, the only colors are of the swans reflection that radiates a rainbow of colors beneath her. This is a time of new beginnings, creative endeavors, and a time the spirit of inspiration guides us. We are to move into the direction that is in alignment with our true essence of what our heart desires. When you look at this card there is a feeling of calm and trust that is felt. The card speaks to trust our intuitive nature and subconscious messages that are depicted in the reflection of the water. So often we know what we want to do when we take the time to listen, this card is telling us to follow and trust our own guidance. To become in touch with subtle vibrations that breathe the same breath as all of creation. This space where all is taken care of and all is revealed when recognized.

Trusting our creative inclinations and exploring them is part of trusting. We don’t always know absolutely what we want to do, but this card is showing us we can have faith in what we are attracted to. There is a reason that we are drawn to specific endeavors and not others. As human beings we each have different flavors that we bring to life and it is what brings our unique spice into the world. The baby swan is radiating this beautiful rainbow reflection. It is showing we each intuitively have a guide and gifts to radiate from within us into life. The only way we can express this part of our authentic nature is if we take one movement forward into what emanates joy from our being.

The card depicts water that is serene. Water is a symbol of the unconscious. You may ask yourself what is under the surface that is waiting to be seen? The water here is still, calm, and peaceful, with a reflection that seems to be alerting a message into consciousness. This is a time to sit with ourselves and genuinely pay attention to receive guidance at this time. However it is we individually connect to source, which stills the waters of the mind in order for messages to fully show themselves. When we are cluttered our life is not flowing. We can feel stuck, not creative, and we don’t know how to move. When we pay attention to right now and fully be present with ourselves we can feel this life force coming back into the body. The same life force that inspires you and naturally guides you will naturally be shared with all of life when resting fully in the present moment.

The swan is a baby. When we are young we are open to the world and infinite possibilities, our spirit is not yet contaminated and full of conditioning. This card is an invitation to step into this childlike freedom. There is no restriction in this creature. Young, inspired, full of life, energy, vibrancy and creativity. This swan is free to move through this life in any direction it feels intuitively drawn to. This is a time to start fresh and start over. We are allowed to completely move in a new direction without thinking twice. We were born to follow our heart and intuition. When we go against this natural resonance is when we experience tremendous pain. This pain is a signal for us to question what we are believing to be true and if it really is true or are we causing unnecessary pain? It is up to us to choose to follow what we know in our heart to be true and how we wish to move.
